DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery

The Soden Collection will organise all aspects of the transport logistics once payment has been received for your purchase. Your purchase shall be ready for delivery in 2 – 4 days. Your purchase will be covered by our insurance policy until you receive your painting or sculpture.

We offer free delivery on all purchases in the UK. Our specialists will pack your painting for you and we will arrange a delivery day when it is most convenient for you.

The Soden Collection works with the worlds leading couriers to provide affordable shipping rates.

Shipping costs are determined by the dimensions and weight of the packaged artwork.  Shipping costs must be paid prior to shipment.

The Soden Collection will organise all export documentation and will liaise with our fine art shippers. We will monitor your shipment and co-ordinate delivery arrangements.

All fine art shipped by The Soden Collection is fully insured until it has been delivered.

Returns

The Soden Collection offers a 30 day money back guarantee. The item must be returned and received by The Soden Collection.

The item must be undamaged or unaltered in any way as to change the appearance or value of the item.
